Which three we chose, what each one is, and how much of it is actually in the bag.
Hibiscus, beetroot and grape seed are the three lead botanicals, and each is in at a dose you can read straight off the label. We'd rather put three ingredients in at a meaningful amount than list twenty and tell you nothing about how much of any of them you're getting.
The three lead botanicals, and how much of each you get per serving:
Every amount is printed on the label, not hidden inside a proprietary blend. Three lead botanicals, nine supporting ingredients, one capsule routine.

Consistency is the point. Here's what the first two months actually look like, and what to do at each stage.
Daily Beets is a food supplement, not a medicine. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it's not a substitute for prescribed medication or for advice from your GP or pharmacist.
A few of the reviews customers have left us.
“My energy levels are higher. It’s become part of my daily routine for the past 5 months.”
“I’m in my late 50’s and this has really helped. It’s made a noticeable difference.”
“Honestly, I feel more like myself again. They certainly do what they say they’re going to do. I highly recommend them.”
Hibiscus sabdariffa, the deep red calyx brewed as a drink across West Africa, the Caribbean and Egypt for centuries. Concentrated 5:1, so 700mg here stands in for 3,500mg of the plant. It's the largest single ingredient in the bag.
Beta vulgaris, concentrated 50:1. Beetroot is one of the richest dietary sources of naturally occurring nitrate. 150mg stands in for 7,500mg of raw beetroot, without the 20g of sugar in a 250ml glass of the juice.
Vitis vinifera seed, the part of the grape winemaking leaves behind. A concentrated source of proanthocyanidins, the polyphenol group responsible for the seed's colour and its bitterness.
Thiamine contributes to the normal function of the heart. Vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Curcuma longa, the rhizome that gives curry its colour. Included here in a small declared amount rather than a headline one.
Prunus cerasus, the sour Montmorency-type rather than the sweet dessert cherry. Concentrated 10:1, so 5mg stands in for 50mg of fruit.
Vaccinium corymbosum, included for its anthocyanins, the pigments that give the skin its colour.
Brassica oleracea, concentrated 5:1, so 5mg stands in for 25mg of leaf.
Brassica oleracea italica, concentrated 5:1, so 4mg stands in for 20mg of floret.
We understand you may have questions about Daily Beets. Here are answers to some common queries to help you make an informed decision.
Two capsules each morning, that's the full daily dose. Take them with or without food, though most people prefer with breakfast. One pack contains 60 capsules and lasts 30 days.
The honest answer: we can't tell you, and anyone who gives you a number and a date is guessing. A trial result is an average across a group, not a prediction for you. Your diet, your medication, your sleep and how consistently you actually take it all matter more than any supplement does. What we'd say is give it a fair run. A supplement taken for a fortnight isn't really a supplement you've tried, and nothing in this category works on a timescale worth putting a date on. That's what the 90-day guarantee is for. Long enough to make your own mind up, without having to decide early.
Daily Beets is a 12-ingredient food supplement built around three botanicals: hibiscus at 700 mg, beetroot at 150 mg concentrated 50:1, and grape seed at 200 mg. Each dose is printed on the label, and repeated on the ingredient card so you can check it without hunting.
The B-vitamin complex carries the claims that are actually authorised under EU Reg 432/2012: thiamine contributes to the normal function of the heart, and B6, folate and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
It's designed for exactly that. Two capsules every morning, ongoing. That's the routine the doses were built around, and it's a food supplement made from botanical extracts and vitamins rather than anything you cycle on and off. UK brand, formulated in the UK.
Don't exceed two capsules. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or under medical supervision for anything, speak to your GP or pharmacist before you start rather than after.
Daily Beets is generally well-tolerated alongside most everyday supplements such as a multivitamin, omega-3, or vitamin D. If you're on any prescribed medication, we always recommend mentioning any new supplement to your GP or pharmacist before you start. Daily Beets is designed to sit alongside an existing care plan, not replace it.
